Payment Methods
We have chosen to use PayPal. If you don't have
a PayPal account, you are welcome to send a check or money order. When sending a check, there will be a delay in receiving
your purchase until the check has cleared. When sending a money order, your purchase will be shipped as soon as we receive
the money order in the mail.

SHIPPING
Shipping is added when you check out. If you're ordering through email, because you don't have
PayPal, we'll send you the total amount for your check/money order.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES
If you are ordering from anywhere other than the US, please do not use the PayPal buttons. Email us at Madchiwawa Order with your mailing address and the items/price that you're ordering and we will email you back with the correct amount,
including postage. You can still use PayPal, just not directly from the webside.
INSURANCE
All Items ordered
from Mad Chiwawa Designs will be shipped with insurance.
REFUNDS
OR EXCHANGES ONLINE OR AT SHOWS.
There are no refunds for kits. This is done for copyright
protection. You may request an exchange if you order a kit and decide the color isn't right; you may exchange the
kit for a different color. You must write to us first at
Customer Service and let us know the situation. We will not be responsible for postage to exchange the kit. Please PayPal the
extra postage or include it when you ship the kit back. You must include insurance on all exchanges when shipping.
You have up to 30 days from the time your kit is received to return it for an exchange.
If you
purchase your kits at a show, there will be no refunds or exchanges. You are able to see samples of the kits at a show
and determine whether or not it is the right kit for you before you purchase it.
